I didn’t have a specific incident that lead to my shoulder pain. But, when I would throw a football, or shoot a basketball, I’d get a shooting pain along the outside of my shoulder and down the arm. I stopped lifting, because I didn’t want to do any more damage, then I rested for about a month and it improved somewhat, but it never fully went away. I started this system 10 days ago and now the pain is completely gone. I figure this system saved me at least $500 from going to a therapist. And I was able to do it at home, which made it a lot easier for me.

My son hurt his shoulder playing baseball last spring. He’s a pitcher and threw out his arm trying to learn the slider. The team trainer gave him some exercises, but it didn’t help very much. He iced it and tried to push through the pain, but eventually had to miss the rest of the season. Over the summer, we started looking for options. Finally, we found this system and I had my son do it religiously. At first, he whined about doing 30-45 minutes a day, but I kept on him until he started feeling better. Then, he was more than happy to do it on his own. Today, he is completely out of pain and will be ready to play in the fall. I am so grateful for your wonderful program. I have been very pleased with how much progress I’ve made in the last two and half weeks with this system. I just want to say thank for providing so many resources on this injury at a reasonable price. I hurt my right shoulder end of Feb. during indoor soccer. Long story short, I am very active but the PT I was receiving was expensive and the particular therapist I was assigned to was not going in a direction that I had success with in the past. Once I saw your methods, I was really happy. I am so grateful for the videos. I am still working through the rehab exercises, but I’ve noticed a marked improvement and am looking forward to doing the prehab work. Thank you again!

First, thank you for the program. Very ingenious of you to develop this against all prevailing “wisdom”. I purchased the program for my son, Chris, who hurt his shoulder 2 summers ago. Your program had him better in 1/4 the time of a previous injury a few years earlier, which was treated traditionally – 2.5 weeks versus about 8 weeks. And the treated shoulder has greater range of motion too. So, he really appreciates your program.
