I’ve had low back issues for about 10 years. The sciatica would sometimes come and go, but always got worse from too much sitting. Planes were especially tough, which was hard for me, since I travel a lot. I heard about the old S.M.S. system Scott developed years ago from a buddy of mine, but saw this was the new and improved version. I figured out I had kyphotic posture and from there, the program really worked wonders on me. The pain diminished almost week by week. I’d say by about week 5, I noticed a massive shift. It wasn’t like I was really even aware of it. But, my understanding of why I was in back pain really helped me to change things. My low back started hurting in my twenties. I was in great shape and worked out 7 days a week. I was at the gym, running 5ks on the weekend, playing soccer and volleyball, etc. When my low back started hurting, at first I ignored it. I figured it would eventually just go away. But, it only got worse and worse. Finally, I had to stop working out, because it was too painful. I put on twenty five pounds and then my knees started hurting. Ten years later, I was still using pain killers just to get through the day. My dad found you guys and bought it for me, so I gave it a shot. I did the exercises and stretches and all the other cool techniques religiously and after about a week, I saw the first difference. I got out of bed without any pain. That hadn’t happened in years. Then, I quickly noticed I was able to do more and more. I was testing myself out daily. It felt like a God send! I continued following the routine and now I am almost 100% pain free. I am still careful, because I never want to go back to that kind of pain, but I now live a normal life again! This system system truly changed my life. I cannot thank you enough!!
